all tha bi-pollaz say yeeeahyah!! this should be a happy occasion. lets not bicker and argue about oo killed oo. were IN the playoffs. the last game of the regular season has no bearing on the outcome of games that wont occur until saturday.
your an idiot....Shane said it right...ok we lost to Dallas.... thats not the reason we lost homecourt the reason is the losses to memphis, chicago, indiana, etc.....teams like those we should of beat so we wouldn't be in this position
Give it a effin' rest dude....the Rox (20-20 on the road at the time) lost to one of the best home teams in the league that have had our number for years. I hoped to win, but was certainly not shocked at the loss. This team has a good chance to get out of the first round, and hopefully will deliver an entertaining series in the second round if they get there. Suck it up, quit being a baby, pick your vagina off the ground and drive on. People like you deteriorate the quality of this board.
I think this is a valid question. If the original poster wants to make a bold, knee-jerk prediction based on an agenda of antagonizing those who criticize Tracy; he should be kind enough to admit he was wrong when the Rockets win by taking a break from the site. there are tons of posters that are going to get called out for making such asinine prediction threads. so Scarface, will you leave if you are wrong?
The rockets.....????! However, I was so sick of people blaming T- Mac for everything wrong with this team. I'm sure someonee will find a way to blame TMac for something and not wanting him healthy and on this team. Yeah, it's good not to have a 28 pt career playoff game scorer on your team during the playoff.....
The Rox played a poor game last night and now they're w/o home court advantage. Sux, but the sky isn't falling, and this is the same team that we were all in love with 48hours ago...at least to real Rockets fans it is. While I'm not happy about losing home court, Portland is the team I would have picked if I had my choice who to face in the 1st rd. They're a a good young team, and victory isn't guaranteed, but it's not the end of the world. We're haven't lost a playoff game yet, so please stop with the "we suck" mentality. I think we're going to be fine.
there is always talk about the rockets losing in the first round, especially by the national media, which really annoys me. do people not realize the only year we SHOULD have won was 2007? lets just talk about the 2000's era. 2004 - 4 hall of famers vs a young Yao and SF/Cuttino? Nuff said. 2005 - we were not at all favored to win this series. rockets played very well for 6 games and made it a series, and we know what went down in game 7. point is, we weren't 'expected' to win this 2007 - this is the year we were probably favored and it looked like we had it after the 2-0 start as well. 2008 - no yao, no real chance. not many people had us favored. that brings us to 2009. most of the national media is picking the blazers, but i say this is like 2007 again, where we have a decent chance to win and SOULD win.
if we lose adelman must go. shop for a quality pguard. hope mcgrady gets better. find a quality backup center.
Oh but it did have a very, very large bearing... division title, home-court, winning against our stupid I-45 kid brothers...
This team would have won more games if Tmac wasn't so vague on his health. If he couldn't have played the entire season, then it would give closure to that issue and the team could build chemistry alot earlier. yeah it is his fault.
Ignorance is bliss! It was the Doctor who told Tracy he was fine. McGrady was trying to play, when he should rested at the beginning of the season. And yes , he should have rehabbed harder. However, he was given the wrong advice.
