Doc Rocket, where's the inside info? I don't see any. Then again, I'm not sure if you're even an insider, since you said it yourself. Seems like another T-Mac hating thread. Any reason why this couldn't go into another one of the 100 other threads? Well this is obvious. He's pissed at everyone that thinks he's been a baby about his injury. He thinks it's serious and no one believes him. He's crying wolf and no one's buying it. That's probably why he went extreme and announced this premature surgery that may not even happen. They are rumors. Where's the proof? If T-Mac was such a cancer then why isn't he gone? You would think the Rockets would quickly get rid of such a cancerous player. He's going to return to the team eventually. Obviously, he wasn't at Tux and Tennies because he's not even in the state of Texas. He was in NY and then Chicago getting tested on his knee. None of those players want to vomit when they see him because that's not in their character. They're frustrated with T-Mac's injury woes, not T-Mac the person. Why would the Rockets "Marbury" him? That's one hell of a stretch there. Who knows if he even wants another big contract? I think he'd be willing to take a discount to stay here after 2010. He'll be back playing the minute he's ready to do so. Alexander and Morey must be upset at him for his antics last night, but they'll get over it. They're not as over-reactionary like you and other posters here. They don't care. You can be as classless as you want, but that's not going to affect their desires to win. They're not going to make decisions based on what fans have to say. Otherwise Rafer would've already been out of town. Otherwise T-Mac would've been out long ago.
It's a heck lot more fun than sitting around and typing T-mac degrading posts every few minutes Plus it keeps the suspense up until after the trade deadline. When is it anyway?
I would go with a conflict between Yao (the hard worker) and T-Mac (the slacker)... I have to agree with Doc though, this may very well be the turning point that catapults us to the next level. I am not saying we get to the finals but if we can break into the second round or WCF and lose a tough series then thats improvement and to paraphrase Hakeem....."we go from there" P.S. - I guess all those articles and forum posts about T-Mac when we first acquired him had legs after all......sad
Clippers,Lakers,Warriors,Kings Kings and Lakers can be subtracted. Clippers deal would involve Baron. Warriors deal could involve anyone, Stephen Jackson, Corey Maggette, Jamal Crawford, Monta Ellis, Andris Biedrins? I doubt the Rockets would be interested in Jamal or Monta. Biedrins makes zero since here... How about, Corey Maggette Stephen Jackson Ronny Turiaf for Tracy Mcgrady Carl Landry Warriors have been after Carl for a while, Hmmmmm. I do not know....
Man... here I was all ready to go to bed and I thought... no before you sleep check and see what's happening at Clutchfans. Low and behold I find some nice pictures of the guys at the Tux and Tennies... and Chuck was certainly spoofing on the Poindexters (aka Wade) at the All Star game... if he wasn't he and I need to have a serious talk... and then I find this. How in the h e double hockey sticks am I going to turn my brain off now?? The secret code of a rant.. and can I just say.. THANK GOODNESS the deadline is tomorrow so we can finish this mess and know exactly what is going to be there come Friday. All I ask is a good team come to Chicago next week and destroy the Bulls... preferably with Chuck, Landry and Brooks still on the team. (Yao is a given)
I agree with everything except, I'd like to see Monta on the Rockets... Maggette, Monta, Turiaf, and Rob Kurz(filler) for TMac and Landry works That deal is crazy lop-sided in our favor, though...
he said quoted the song.... goin back to cali.. question is, why did he leave the word BACK out of the quote. and could he be tellin us that ron ron is goin BACK to cali since he is the only one i can think of that was recently there
