Rockets just need to tread water until Morey can vulture a desperate team, but every game that Brooks gets eaten alive diminishes his trade value.
It's funny how people are only now seeing all of AB's shortcomings and flaws. These are things that have been talked about since he was drafted. AB will best help this team as a spark plug off the bench or as trade bait at the deadline.
You just remember DD, it's always good to have another player to take the scrapegoat title. Like I said, once Ariza is gone. AB is the next scapegoat. You hated Ariza, but he was the scapegoat you needed to protect AB.
Yao is 7'6", so what? how tall is Dennis Rodman? how many big guy can out rebound him? have u ever heard of wingspan, quickness, anticipation?
Of course, I have also heard of playing your position, and blocking out, and aggressiely seeking the ball. DD
I checked in every now and then to this forum last season and through the summer. I didn't read many posts complaining about Aaron. When he made all those difficult shots last year, no one complained. And now, we have played three games and suddenly everyone hates him. Any idiot can see he's off his game but there's no way an entire season was a fluke. He's no CP3 but he got that MIP award for a reason. Besides, he shouldn't be the best player. The team for some bizarre reason is revolving around yao...who's weird minutes seems like they're throwing everyone off. Let's let the team play for maybe 5-7 games before we start judging shall we?
I don't get why its AB getting all the scapegoatness. I distinctly remember Kyle Lowry pulling up for two ridiculous contested threes during the Nuggets game. We just played terribly and missed open shots. Thatwon't happen every game. I really think with 3.6% of the season done with, it is a little premature to be using anyone as a scapegoat.
