To say MJ was a ballhog is sacrilege, it didnt matter if the guy hogged the ball sometimes- he carried his team to 6 freakin' rings! If McGrady can win even 1 for us i'll be ecstatic!! Kobe is the closest thing to the G.O.A.T that we've seen since Abe Pollin pulled the rug out. Yes, his attitude is highly questionable and its fair to say he's a arrogant snobbish prick. Clearly that's what polarises him so much to the Basketball world. This doesnt however cloud the fact that this is shattering records, and if it wasnt for Tim Thomas getting WIIIDE open at the end of regulation in game 6(not Kobe's fault i might add) you would have egg on your face because the Lakers would probably be putting it on the Clippers right now. McGrady , injured or not, still doesnt equal Kobe. and if Mac comes back 100% (which is hard to imagine)
I agreed with everything until the last statement, i believe T-Mac is better but thats just my opinion. But i won't insult everyone who isn't a Rocket just to make my point, it makes my argument less intelligent.

tracy is having injury probelms while kobe is injury free. dont be suprised if tracy retires 2 yrs early er den he planned to. but hey i would take either both of dem. but if i had to choose, its gotta be kobe.

I hate Kobe, Odom, Cook, George, Viujic, Walton, Kwame, Mihm, Smush, even Jim Jackson.. hmmm, who else ? oh yeah, Turiaf.. and most of all, I hate Phil Jackson.. you might think that I am crazy, but well...: Phil Jackson is not a good coach, he just followed good players and won all of these championships... to prove me wrong, let him win one with Kobe by himself.. ... I know that Kobe is a great talent, maybe the best I've seen since MJ, but he certainly is not the best player or what is known as the MVP because he is not a team player and he doesn't make the right choices and decisions.. I cant deny it, Kobe's shot is probably better the Mac's, his drives might be better, but that doesn't make him a better player.. actually, even if he had everything to perfection, he still wont be the best player because of his stupid attitude, cockiness, and dirty personality.. basketball is a great game, and it's not a place for talking about others' wives and families.. so MR. Ballhog Kobe better shut the heck up and stop talking **** about others... I explained this earlier, he is the best "skilled" player, yes, #1 in the league. but he is not a top 5 player... a top 5 player can be #20 in skills, Nash for example, he cant jump high, he cant do crazy moves, but he is #1 BEST PLAYER in the league right now because he is a winner and he plays the game the right way.. Look shouldn't the "Best Player in the League" be more mature than trying to prove a point in expense of his team losing a game 7? (he also did it in the regular season 2 years ago against the kings) If he says he is trying to get his teammates involved b/c he can't do it himself...shouldn't he be smart enough/know enough to find a medium somewhere? Kobe seems to get into extremes and cannot find a balance. Get your teammates involved without having to sacrifice your own game. I simply don't like kobe's style b/c he does not do it in the flow of the game. Even when he TRIES to pass, it is not in the flow. He forces everything, even passes. He passes because he thinks "Hey i think i need to pass now, wanna show that i tried to get my teammates involved"(okay maybe not really, but it just seems like it). Everything seems pre meditated and not on basketball instincts. It just makes me wonder why people would say Kobe has a higher basketball IQ than TMAC.
Very good post BTW, and I agree with it all. He doesnt have a higher IQ. ISTP, ISFP. Tmac has the ability ot think in situations Kobe relies on his emotions and instincs to do. Thats what makes Tmacs IQ better. Same as Shaq's , same as MJ's, same as J. Kidd's, these guys can simply outthink you. Kobe's talent doesnt dictate what Tmacs can, which is why Kobe is always trying to force things at the same time it seems Tmac is hardly trying. I mean he played with no passion in 03 and won the scoring title. Thats scary. And please, tell me what the closest thing to MJ means. As i said, he hasnt even cracked top 3 in player efficiency ONCE. He has NOT seperated himself from his peers one time. He may be a copy cat, but thats all he is, a walmart wannabe. Not the real deal but wants to be. He needs to stop trying to prove his individualism to people who could care less, and just play. Noone else tries to do what he does, they just want their teams to win. Who cares about if he has fire or not, what does that mean? Francis has fire, and so does KG and hasnt won jack. Post Shaq, Kobe looks exactly like Tmac, and his fans sound exactly like ORL tmac fans. This is a freaking joke how people overrate players because of their what have you done for me lately attitudes. At the worst time possible too you come up with who has fire, when the prick just tanked it on his team and acted as though he didnt. I would hate to have him as the last person who could save my life. Who hasnt he screwed over?
