    modified, the side of the pants need to go above the hips. In the picture you posted, the belt must be tightened to a point that internal organs get damaged. With my modification, the belt does not need to be as tight.

    being serious, i discovered it today and thought it might qualify as a lifehack, albeit somewhat silly. Still though, it does wonders in the confidence department to not have to worry about pulling up your pants every 5 minutes.

    Ewww farmed Tilapia? Do a bit of research on that bro. One of the worst fishes you can eat. High in Omega 6 and no Omega 3. Mix in some sockeye salmon or sardines with those vegetables and give the Tilapia to the dog.

    he just nitpicks about some insignificant detail and then disparages them about it. it's what he does. just ignore him, i don't think english is his first language so he has trouble with context clues and focuses on the wrong part of people's posts (giving him the benefit of the doubt here)
