    whooaaaa...where do you get that the guys who killed matthew shepard were doing so in the name of Jesus??

    people have done some craptacular things in his name, to be sure...but i'm unaware of a connection between shepard's murderers and the Christian faith.

    I think Basso's point was that it is Islamic policy to kill homosexuals(death penalty). Where as Sweet Puppet 4 2 used a(poor) example of extremism.

    No, I'm indicting those two probable Christians for the murder of Matthew Shephard, just like some have indicted the particular Muslims responsible for pushing the homosexuals of a cliff.

    It is government policy in several Islamic countries to murder homosexuals (see: Iran, the Taliban, etc.). Huge difference.

    How do you know there are a larger number of idiotic Muslims than Christians? I've yet to see a single statistic that supports that claim there.

    Secondly - there is a difference between criticizing and denying a group the right to build a house of worship.

    I don't know, but if you are Christian, then that swings the number of idiots back to one up for the Christians!

    Other than that, I am referring to the fact that there are indeed whole countries whose laws (and they claim that this is directly based on Islam (sharia)) demand the death penalty for homosexuality. Please name a Christian country (if there even is such a thing, I do not think so) where that would be the case.
