Indeed they do. 1½ years ago, I was fired from my job of 7 years that I though was going to be my career for a long time. I was pretty pissed about it (especially since to this day, I was never given a reason why I was fired). Then I found my current job that I've been in for little over a year. I know I am where I'm supposed to be. Things happen for a reason. It may take a little time to realize that. Just be patient and make sure that what you find is what you want.

hmm I'm curious what did your posistion do? I got an offer a while back as an internship at 97.5. But I couldnt get past working for free and they couldnt even say that there would be a full time gig waiting for me if I did a good job. I looked into the Texans 610 Rockets but the pay sucks... I wanted "fun" job but the concept hit me that I'd rather make more money and have the fun outside of work.
I started interning there about a year ago. answering phones helping with production making promos etc learned the board started getting paid in march produced games for a while then started doing live shows i was the night and weekends producer book all the guests communicate with the hosts make promos run the board during the show and chime in on the mic every once in a while. had 6 shows i was responsible for was a good experience but im looking forward to trying something else probably marketing or advertising i studied advertising in college
