    you know what, this proves the importance of drafting.

    the year after, the rockets draft horry and cassell to go all the way.

    slight correction: Cassell the year following Horry. He was a rookie for the first ring.

    It was disappointing...and then we were uncertain about the direction of the franchise and Hakeem. Bad mix

    Im goad i was in my 20s during those years. I got to watch professional men who wanted to compete and win give it their all. Now all I have to follow are wealthy entitlist i dont give a f***s slack on defense and care less if they win.
    Come on rockets. Reach down and do a sack check. Anything there?!?!

    Damn, that was an awesome time to live in. Sucks we're stuck with this one man Harden show for a while.

    Agreed. Even was Francis and cuttino were ISOing all game, that was way better to watch. They actually gave a crap and wanted to win

    I now watch these Rockets on tape, so if they win, I watch late that night, if they lose I delete. So it was fun last night watching the Cleveland come back. James just plays harder when Capela and Beas are in the game.
