Clyde has grown on me to where I prefer him to Bull who seems too forced on the broadcast. I love Bull on 610, but on the broadcast...just doesn't work.

Clyde on the other hand has me laughing throughout a broadcast. The best is when Bill is saying something and he asks Clyde a question or pauses for Clyde's response and he just chuckles. Or he'll give an answer that doesn't really make sense.

Bill: Wow, Clyde that Luis Scola is full of energy tonight! What do you think of this decision to put him on Duncan?

    Clyde: Heh heh heh, always!

San Antonio's not much of a "road." Clyde's made the trip before, I want to say he's done a game in Dallas as well.

personally i prefer clyde over bull. Bull is a really nice guy and good at what he does but he too's forced as people have mentioned and his Bull's eyes take forever to go through even though they are making a decent point.

at least when clyde does the bulls eye we get great moments like

    "Barry with the dipsy doodoo"

maybe clyde's the good luck charm? I'd like to see him do more road games. maybe all the games in the playoffs.

Clyde is a way bigger name and tv people like the big names. Also in terms of actual analysis I'd say Clyde and Bull are about equal. At least when 1 of the 2 interviews a player at the end of the game Clyde actually asks questions.

clyde is only good for his mutombo impersonation. but since mutombo is not playing much this year, he is now only good for nothing.

I remember watching the clips of Yao attending a charity actions with Calvin and a child in his first year, the kid just stood behind Yao, trying to "defend", and Calvin was like: "HAVEN'T YOU WATCHED ANY TV? That's how you should defend YAO", then he started holding, scratching and kicking.

So much fun :) poor old Calvin...

Clyde is more funny than Matt. I just can't stop laughing when Clyde got his facts wrong all the time.

Doesn't bother me, only because I actually prefer to listen to Clyde than Bullard (not because he's better).

as mentioned before, Bull is on vacation. still though, Clyde needs to either go all out or not do it at all. This "only doing home games b/c it's convenient and i don't feel like traveling with the team" crap is weak.

I've never had a problem with Cylde. He always cracks me and the wife up more than a few times per game.

Clyde Frazier of the Knicks has the same deal with MSG. HOF players seem to rate some special treatment, why would you have a problem with it.
