Even if they did win the trade....They will always wonder what if they did keep Harden? Unless they win a championship of course...idk.

Harden is still grossly underpaid at only $15.7M this past season. That remains one of the best bargain contracts in the league.

The Thunder were pretty stupid for trying to lowball Harden into accepting an even cheaper contract. To keep things in perspective: this same team handed Enes Kanter a contract that paid him $16.4M this past season. They agreed to pay Enes Kanter a $16.4M salary to be Steven Adams' backup. But they didn't want to pay Harden $15.7M.

    Go figure.

Pretty hilarious that they still haven't made it back to the Finals without Harden. That trio would've been a dynasty

This is logical common sense to any sane rational thinking human being. The problem is that we seem to be short on sane rational thinking human beings on Clutchfans.

It looks like Golden State and San Antonio won the Harden trade.

more like GS/Clev. but it's true.

Teams like Houston/OKC seems like the sperm donors of the NBA , talent given to spread every where else

    In a vacuum, probably.

Rockets bench is better. I think our coach is better. We'll see.

Since the trade, the Thunder have been more successful and have gone farther in the playoffs. Hopefully that will change this year.

Well the Thunder have been the better team and more successful team since the trade so as of now, I'm right, sadly. :(
