Is personnel an issue? Healthy, I think this is a talented roster, minus, obviously, the QB position. I think McNair's a perfectly acceptable owner: he strikes the right balance between patient and urgent; he takes care of his players; he spends money... I mean, outside of that - what do you want him to do? Or what has he egregiously botched that has set this team back?
