Rather than poison the well, they're keeping him away from the team until a certain date. At which time the trade that wasn't...will be. At least I'm hoping. if he is sitting he is losing value. Especially if he is listed as injured and with a chronic thing that doctors can't explain. He should get his ass off and show his value by playing some good minutes and show he is a good teammate and a good player. I don't think the Rockets would keep him sitting this long tho. Maybe around the their set up trade dateline but not right now. If Asik value was low or lower than the Rockets know Asik value is. Asik sitting down just brings it lower. With more questions and doubts
