    I think I know why you hate snow cones so much. Besides the 4 dollars does the guy that sells them looks like this?

    on the way into Kingwood on Northpark and Russell Palmer road there is a stand that has been there for years that is excellent. I think they switched sides of the intersection but they are still there next to an auto body shop.

    they have the real deal shaved ice, and all of their flavors are rich.

    That does seem expensive...I love snow cones on a hot day...

    I remember when i was little, we'd go buy Raspas (have to have grown up poor or mexican to appreciate)...those were the days...
