Thew remedy for 90% of people with snoring problems is to stop being fat.

I'm 5'8" and weigh 170. Not skinny, but definitely not fat either. I was diagnosed with Sleep Apnea and had the surgical solution about six years ago.

They broke and reset my nose to fix my deviated septum, took out my tonsils, amputated my uvula, and shaved flesh from around my windpipe.

I spent one night in the hospital and missed about a week and a half of work. My insurance covered mostly all of it.

It completely changed my life. Before the operation I had been dozing off in meetings at work and during the day at my desk, and I wasn't about to buy one of those damn CPAP machines.

Having the operation was one of the smartest things I ever did. If you are in Houston, and interested in the surgical option, shoot me an email and I will send you the doctor's name and phone number.
