Nevermind Sted I see that you said 60 games a year with Yao. Disregard what I said.

I know what you were saying. I apologize if it came off a bit antagonistic.

Honestly, Yao and Wade COULD coexist if Wade really wanted to. A big problem (other than Yao's health) is that Wade's been shooting A LOT of 3s despite the fact that he's never broke the 38% barrier. If he went more to his strength (inside the 3) and both players split the mid range area, it could work. Though the glaring problem with that idea is that there wouldn't be much room for either player to operate.

Yes, it makes him a dominant center.

You really think Yao isnt one of the most dominant centers in the game today?

Even if yao actually sucks (he doesnt), and all other centers arent better than him, that still makes him the dominant center.

You can be a dominant center without being a dominant player in general.

There is another possibility. Yao may opt out of his contract next summer and sign with the heats. JO's contract will be expired by then. They will have salary cap space to sign Yao.

I think it just says a lot about the Centers in today's game.

    Is this a trick question?

    Hakeem.
    Kareem.

There are others, but did you need more than two?

I'm pretty sure he meant "currently playing" centers.

Yao is like Tracy McGrady, and the 2008/09 Rockets.

    Great on paper. That's all.

    Yeah sure it does.

Like I said, just because Yao isnt as dominant as Hakeem or the like, doesnt make him not dominant in todays standards.

The center position this past decade was extremely weak, though its starting to look up.

And Dwight doesn't ever get shut down? Against the Heat the other day, with Udonis Haslem and whoever the hell they put on him he took FIVE shots. That NEVER happens with yao. He two games in the finals where he took only SIX shots, that's inexcusable. If his teammates don't get him the ball, demand the freakin ball. Look at you, and look at anyone trying to guard you.

All these so called superstars like Lebron and Wade said that they wanna win and play with another superstar player. Do any one of them willing to take the lesser salary to make this happen? Winning over money? Talk is cheap, all they want is max money!

That's FIVE and SIX more shots than Yao would have been able to take from the sidelines in a suit.
