Cleveland gets Mike Bibby Houston gets Drew Gooden Sac gets Rafer, Head, Sura, Newble, Houston's #1, and Cleveland's #1.
For one, why did trading Francis "make us look bad"? And why would trading someone you traded FOR making you look bad?
theres nothing wrong with trying to have organization here plus there are a few other threads that we can talk about rafer.
I've got my own answer to this question. Age, if anything (31 years old) is likely catching up with him much like it did with David Wesley.
Heh. That article is so full of spin it's not even funny. Smush Parker is far and away the worst starting point guard in the NBA.
Parker was decent for the Lakers 2 years ago. Last year his individual numbers were OK too, but his effectiveness with the team dropped. Parker is a reasonable signing for the Heat. He very well might be productive next to Wade and what Miami runs on offense. That said, the Heat would have been better served using their full MLE for Pietrus or most of it for Barnes, and trading for a PG or insisted on the LLE for Parker.
thats actually an interesting idea. i actually like: Sac gets Rafer, Synder, Sura, Newble, Wesley the 2 #1s Cleveland gets Bibby Houston gets Gooden Rafer, sura's expiring, a #1 and Synder is a lot to give up for gooden though.
I love it as a Cleveland fan. As a Houston fan, it's alright. As a main concern of getting a veteran NBA pf, Gooden is DECENT. He's only a slight upgrade from Juwan.
