Burzmali, I suggest writing more than twenty words if you want discuss the state of the economy in the past 14 years. Saying the words fiscal and monetary in one sentence (which is redundant) does not illuminate the breadth of your own expertise on the subject.

Know your statement on the other hand must be proven, since it is less obvious and more importantly false.

I'm just pointing this out to you since you need help understanding. Lets take a basic example, in science to go from hypothesis to theory, you need to prove the said hypothesis, only then will it become theory.

Thats how the world works, your "opinion" means nothing, it is just what it is an opinion.
