That was a rollercoaster matchup. I was up big, then Arizona woke up and you got the double Warner-Fitzgerald touchdown, Cooley gets a garbage-time touchdown that I saw and got angry about. After that round I think you were up 5 with Cutler and Evans to play versus your TO. Surely a QB and WR can make up the difference, right? Then Cutler throws four picks and stinks up the joint and I am scared because it will come down to Evans vs TO on the same team.
I'm so pissed at myself. I did a terrible job with my starts/sits, shouldn't have panicked when I lost Mcnabb/LT
My RB had almost 50 points. I've already won and I still have Manning and some guy with a weird name on defense for Miami. I'm pretty satisfied as I don't even think I won 2 games all of last year.
I have a dilemma that I need help with: Week 1: played Schaub, benched Romo - Texans lose (Schaub 6 pts.), Cowboys win (Romo - 34 pts.) Week 2: played Romo, benched Schaub - Texans win (Schaub 36 pts.), Cowboys lose (Romo - 10pts.) So it seems the way everything will go is based on the QB I play, that QB ends up playing terrible and their team loses, and the QB I sit plays well, team wins. Now the Texan fan in me and the total dislike of the cowgirls, says I should continue to start Romo...........do I play for the W, or put the "Madden" curse on one of the teams...........choices, choices.
schaub is who i would pick, but what do i know my team will be bottom soon enough........ surely his ceiling is much higher than the ex mrs simpson, however you do get the feeling both players scores are going to be heavily linked to the teams results
Dunno, but thank God for Frank Gore getting hot! My team desperately needed the boost. Rook - it must suck having 2 of the top 6 QBs. Empathize with ya, buddy.
Spoke too soon... 40 points one week, injured and a nonfactor the next. And fade worked pretty quick to vulture his replacement.
I ain't lost no interest. I'm 2.5 points back with two defensive players, Moe's has Roy Williams, and the Cowboys passing game looks like crap. *fingers crossed*
Finally a win.... and my opponent's RB didn't score over 40 points. Hooray for that. 1-2 is manageable. Starting off 0-3 would have been a pretty big hole to dig out of.
I started strong in week 1...then got screwed by injuries. I only had 2 healthy rb's and got killed by the goose egg of osi.
Good to get a win, although I needed the most week points and a decent game from Roy Williams to get it.
I couldn't have possibly made worse choices in terms of who to start and who to sit, if I blindly threw darts at a list. My benched disappointments had big games and my starters came up small. Grats to rimmy on the win.
3-0 with the last two matchups already being won when I still had more players to play on Monday night. This has been unexpected, although I thought I had a decent enough team. My main problem is that I was inactive for the first week or so and missed out on some waiver pickups so my team is super thin. Stupid real world getting in my fantasy way! I think there is one week where half my offensive starters will be out...ugh. Other than that, you all are a bunch of b****es and next week PSJ will feel the wrath. Yeah, don't get your hopes up, punk. Just because you are favored by 0 points doesn't mean I am not going to put the hurt on.
I used to love Roy, now I loathe him. Especially after last night. My "crappy" team sure is scoring a lot of points so far, but now 2-1. Smeg is going down.
