We should officially be on the timer as of 2:25 ago.

timer is on, i'm off to bed, so when someone picks we will find out if it sets itself back to 12hrs

 

Well, if the timer doesn't work, the next pick needs to be made by noon (CDT) today.

 

Smeg, thanks for setting things back as they originally were.

Out of fairness to the other two guys, it wasn't really anyone's fault...just a mix up. So as not to hold things up, I'm going to stick with our agreed upon "trade" and just switch picks in the next round. Of course if they have a change of hearth that's their call since they officially haven't agreed to these parameters a second time (after undoing the picks) - I just want to be able to get things moving. I'll let them take their picks and I'll stick with:

Peyton Manning

 

This is going to be pretty ironic if Jent doesn't pick by noon. I do not know what I would do if that happens. But I would probably just give him Manning and be done with it.

Yeah, I hadn't checked since I left work b/c I didn't think it'd come back around to me for a day or so.

And for those curious minds, I was going to take James, but like I said earlier, I don't feel I was stuck with Peyton too incredibly early (just a little, I guess).

Seriously, though, this is a classy move on your part and I will certainly switch second rounders with you. The easiest way to do it is to just let me know privately who you want as the 2nd round pick approaches and I'll take someone different.

Had you taken EJ, I'd have certainly gone with Moss, leaving Rimmy a tough decision.

Truthfully I feel that 11 is the cutoff of players that I would without reservation consider taking. That being said DD is a hometown guy who I will be able to watch every Sunday and he should put up good numbers. It might have been a slight reach but only by a few picks, I doubt he wouldv'e made it back to me plus we share a bye week meaning barring injury my first round pick should play every game that I will.

 

Isn't Rimmy supposed to pick before you SSG?

Now we will have to swap picks 4, 7 and 18 plus I will send a six pack of his favorite via email or maybe I'll call up Hank Jr. and see if he's mastered that whole faxing of the beer thing yet.

I like the strategy. Throw a dummy pick on the bbs, wait, and watch as the next six picks reveal themselves. Too funny. We are all a bunch of goofs. I just wonder who our leader is

 

Some things never change... It's going to take an act of God to get us through the first round.

By the way, where does it show the clock for how much time is left to make a pick for the current "picker"?
