    Avoided surgery. I have a herniation at C-5/C-6, just above the fusion. Been going to PT and on anti-inflammatories. I started back to work today.:(

    Neck and shoulder still ache, but I have the feeling back in my right arm.

    no def flex Behad ... just DL, LB and DB not sure how you missed that

    SSG- wasn't sure the majority wants a DL and wasn't convinced the questions and ambiguity were answered.. if that happens then sure

    Personally I would like to have one IL spot, I have been hit with two significant injuries already this preseason (Buckhalter and Boldin). I will go with whatever the league decides.
