Dr made the pick at 12:15 pm

    it is now 12:15 am

unless there is some sort of extremely valid excuse (which is weird seeing he was here hoping for a trade hours ago) then Jent has made the Viking move and it is Fade's pick

    Fade takes Edge James

    Rimbaud is up

Jent can pick whenever he wants

I can only get into the league site from work with by translating it into English and making the web-blocking software think it is a google page, moral, I can not make the pick on the site cuz translating it takes off the buttons like submit..... I'm half asleep so I hope my point got across.

I was waiting on picking since I didn't think we were official until the 4th. That's why I was fielding offers for the pick.

Whatever  ...I don't know how we'd be able to undo the picks at this point since I was going to take one of those two guys. If I had known time was an issue BEFORE the official start of the draft I would have picked. That being said I see SSG is around so I'll just make a pick.

    Peyton Manning.

I would have to agree with Jent. The clock was not supposed to be turned on yet. Which in effect would nullify the picks of Moss and James. They were made in error. So Jent should be able to draft who he wants when he wants.

I don't think allowing Jent to pick Moss or James would destroy the integrity of the draft. It was pretty much a given those players would be taken at that slot. I say we backtrack to Jent's pick and follow what I understood the rules to be.

I don't think Fade or Rimbraud would be bitter. They could see what happened.

    Under protest, Domanic Davis

Smeg or anyone else with access will have to pick for me on the site or I should be able to at noon (my company's designated *** off period)

Well, not bitter, but I couldn't help but feel a bit ripped off if the last few picks were voided, and I think Rim would too. I wouldn't kick up a big fuss or anything, since there was obviously some confusion, but it would still be a bit of a drag, and I don't think we've ever had to nullify picks before.

Why did the draft start early anyway? That's usually not a good idea. I'd say either kick in with the timer now and get things rolling or freeze it completely until the official start time tomorrow.

In order to keep the integrity of the picks I would be willing to switch picks with Fade and Rim in the next round. That way they get to keep their pick and I get some benefit (albeit small) as well by moving up two slots.

I would raise more of a fuss if this was for money - and if I wasn't already running away with the baseball league.

In all seriousness, I could live with that compromise. I would like to take one of those two players, but there is worse things in life than taking Peyton Manning five picks early.

So round 2 would go Jent, Me, then Fade instead of Me, Fade, then Jent?

    Fine with me.

sorry guys, my bad guys, got my dates mixed up with the time difference

i think the easiest and right thing to is all picks after and including Jents have been cancelled

and jent can pick again starting now

btw we started early as people were around and the timer was off

i am confused about when were starting the timer... do we want it on now??

    Jent - Peyton Manning

    SSG - Dominick Davis

Who has Crisco's list? Please make his pick.

Did Manny send a list to anyone?

smeg, start the timer at midnight eastern time.

Nullification of the picks was the best thing to do.

fade has my instructions on what I want to do. I am on a business trip and using the company laptop (which has a firewall that blocks me from the site - it blocks us from all fantasy sites because of the "games" aspect:rolleyes: ).

    Two other things:

    1) Dialup sucks out of the ass:mad:
    2) I was supposed to fly out tomorrow afternoon but that got postponed for Thursday afternoon, so it won't be until late Thursday or early Friday that I can make my own selections...which I am not too happy about.

I'm back now. I'll be able to make my pick whenever the guys ahead of me re-pick, if that is what indeed happens.
