Just because I voted against it doesn't mean it shouldn't have gone through. I have no idea how many nay votes it takes to nullify a trade, smeg set that up. I know at sandbox each owner involved in the trade had the option to cancel the trade. Perhaps smeg reconsidered and cancelled?

As for predicting injuries, Duce has gotten injured the last 2 seasons, so he is a risk (but then so is Vick)

    That is false.

Once a trade became accepted in Sandbox, neither party could cancel it. The trade would only be cancelled if enough people contested it. In a 14-team league, 6 people had to protest the trade for it to be auto-cancelled. I don't know how many protests it takes under the Yahoo format.

PS: I think it's pretty ridiculous that this trade was vetoed. It was a fair deal.

Hey Bob... how about that Stacey Mack with 3 TD's so far?

I'm sure you started him, right?!

    *cough* (sorry Bob, had to...)

    Smeg:

Cuttinos--48, with 4 players left: Darrell Jackson, Itula Mili, Moe Williams, Ian Gold.

Skulls--46, with 5 players left: Daunte Culpepper, Rod Smith, Derrick Alexander, Ray Lewis, and Peter Boulware.

0 and 4 is looking like a huge possibility for you, Smeg.

Well, I'm sure Antwaan Randle-El wouldn't have minded sitting down in favor of Mack. :D

Anybody ever read "Catch-22" by Joseph Heller? This book is freaking hilarious! I've never seen the movie, so I thought I would read the book first. Funny, funny ****.

Hey Bob, was this really what the army was like back in WWII?

    I do. :)

I also have Gonzalez (140 yards, 3 TDs) and Bledsoe (329 yards, 4 TDs).

I have a feeling Nemers is going to lose this week. ;)

Slim. It's 71-59 in your favor, but I have Ray Lewis, Peter Boulware and Rod Smith left to your Ian Gold. Ray Lewis is good for 12 points in solo tackles alone.

Well I'm winning the only game that matters to me.

    Moe's Non-Alcoholics 87 Australopithecine 45.

Too bad about Jamel White DoD :p , Jamal Lewis vs Shannon Sharpe tonight.

Man, I made some bad decisions as far as starters/bench goes. I just got flustered because some of my good guys had a buy. Man, two LB's on the bench with 13 points and I almost started both of them together, but opted to bench both of them together. That sucks.

I can still win, but the chance is small. Cat didn't even score that much.

    I still suck, but I've got a win :)

Glad I didn't trade for Warner, phew.

    Me too.

I wonder how well Martin will do in Warner's absence.

Nah... remember I still have Portis going tonight as well. :)

My problem was taking the risk on Troy Brown... I thought for sure he would play, considering his toughness. By the way, Terrell Owens is still available, for any that are interested.

I need the Broncos D to shut down Todd Heap (Camel Toes) and Elam (Pythons) to get 8 or more points to knock the Camel Toes from the unbeaten ranks.

    I never realized Camel's had toes.
