Just a little over an hour before Castor becomes the first to get a "TIME ELAPSED" slapped on his draft. I propose he be forced to wear thisuntil someone else does it. Then he can pass the "Viking Hat of Procrastination" over to the next guy.
From How the NFL Draft Works: During the draft, one team is always on the clock. In round one, teams have 15 minutes to make their choice. The decision time drops to 10 minutes in the second round and to five minutes in rounds three through seven. If a team doesn't make a decision in their given time, the next team can pick before them, and the team that missed its turn can submit its selection at any time after their time is up. So Castor can still draft a player this round, it's just that chrisjent (and Moe, and PSJ, etc.) can now get in front of him with their picks if they hurry.
By the way. The reason I did not pick on time is that I am working 7:30 -9:00 all week. I got to work yesterday and found out that our network had the blaster worm and so they took the whole network down. I got in late last night and went right to bed.
