Porter wasn't forgotten. Everytime I thought I'd take him, I just happened to see some guy I'd like better. My biggest disappointment this draft was seeing Josh Reed go the pick before I could've grabbed him.

Hey Moe, You could have had rich Gannon, Jerry Rice, and Jerry Porter. What happened? All three were on the board at the appropriate draft slots when you picked. You didn't even have to reach for them? That suprised me. Your unpredictable.

I understand, no big deal.

Regretfully, you may have the same sentiment in a few days and mean it. I'm volunteering at an event for this upcoming weekend and its a big 'ol camping event, i.e. no computers for miles. Anyhow this will be a shorter hiatus then last time. I'll be gone from Fri. morning until Sunday evening. And after that I'll be around until the cows come home. Bad luck that these two events happened in the midst of the most important part of the season, the draft, but what'ya going to do?

I'll once again send out a list to anybody who'll be around with twenty or so players on it. Since we're averaging a round a day that should keep us from coming to a halt.

 

cj, go ahead and send it to me, if you weren't too unhappy with the last time I covered for ya. Regrettably, I have no life.



Of course, that's just an expression. I am off work this weekend and quite busy, but will be around the house enough to keep things moving.

sorry if it is, been battling saving work computers from that damn blaster virus and people who never add the windows patches and service packs and then when i got hom last night my ADSL modem died, spoke to my isp tech suppost dude and apparently they had a bunch of netcomm modems die all night, so now i have to fix that too.
