well i guess it is 11 cents cheaper but the newegg one comes with a free 1 gig card. unless im not seeing something here.
How many of you have experience with higher-end digital point-and-shoots? My compact Canon is better than my compact Olympus was, but I can't say that it's good. I'm looking at several, and I'm having a hard time deciding. I'd like a camera with good zoom that takes good photos at dawn and dusk. I really don't want spend the money on a DSLR, because all my lenses from film days are manual, and I'd want to replace them all. That's more money than I want to commit right now. The models I'm looking at are: Fuji S9000 Fuji S8000fd Canon S3 IS (Reviewers all prefer it to the newer S5) Others? I've looked at some Panasonics that are intriguing, but I don't know anything about them.
yeah i get everything your saying. but after having a couple of slr cameras with different lenses. i wanted something that was ultra portable for when i go to europe this next summer. so a combo of smallest/best camera i could get.
