They didn't get better , damn sure didn't close the gap with GSW or SA to compete for an O'Brien Trophy.

They didn't get worse .... at least not enough to the point they miss the playoffs and save themselves that #1 pick owed for Lawson.

Dwert is leaving and they got no compensation. Sure they'll have cap space but they could have had cap space and some compensation.
