He will really help Orlando, it is a good situation for him.....

Hopefully Brooks is ready, I think he is.

I hope Rafer will play well for Orlando. His recent few games were good as I believed he is practising his shots. Early in the season, he was shooting bricks
but he is always a good PG with good passing, decent defense and IQ but without a decent shooting. His contribution was at his best when he played Lakers last season.

Thanks Rafer for giving your all. Lets not forget how important he was in the 22.

Good luck in Orlando. Should be fun for you.

thank you rafer, for all the fun you brought to us fans. I still remember your superb shooting when we play the lakers for 22 straight, and you schooled the machine.

I wanted him moved but the guy is a proffessional, and actually played well under pressure contrary to belief around here. The guy played hard and his effort will always be appreciated. Good luck Skip!

Rafer should excel in Orlando, he now has a Center who is quick...has lots of energy, and knows how to finish at the rim with a SLAM.

    No more slow motion yao.

Good luck in Orlando Rafer. You're certainly going to help the magic in their run in the east. Without a doubt the best moments were during that great run that lead to the 22 game winning streak.

I just wish he could've stayed with us because he knows the team and has always ran the offense very well. It will be tough to play well in the playoffs and down the stretch of games with some young point guards, hopefully they are up to the challenge.

    I hate this trade.

Why? Rafer was our leader believe it or not. He always gave it his best (some night his best was s**t). Rafer always played with heart and emotion... he always had his teammates back (ala Mason hard foul on TMAC).

Rafer was our toughest Rocket (behind Ron). He was also a GREAT defender... BEST defender by far on the Rockets at the PG position.

Good luck to you Rafer. Hope you the best.

I also find it funny - many are quick to bash on Rafer. I hope you'll find out how much he really did help us.

What's also funny is that some people bash on Rafer but now that he's gone... you guys are pissed? Hilarious.

Buh-bye Rafer. To quote the legendary Ice Cube: "you gets no love, and I thought you knew it, fool, you know how we do it"

i was always in rafer's corner. i remember there was a little concern about him being a knucklehead when he traded for him, but he never once caused any problems.

i'm definately going to continue to follow his career in orlando and wish him well. this is a good thing for him.

I bet he's not complaining. Going to Orlando and a chance at the ECF, reuniting with SVG. I wish him the best, I was always a fan of Skip.

I'll really miss Rafer and I just realized he is my second favorite player of Rockets. How sad :(

Wish him the best in Orlando and I think he will show up again in the Finals.
