Gotta be Spark Plug Scotty Brooks. I remember my freshman year in highschool I walked up to him and talked to him for a second. I think I was looking down at him (i was like 5'9 at the time), I just thought that it was amusing at the time. There was a free throw contest at this place though, and we watched him sink a ridiculous number straight.
