OH HELL NO! it's bad enough we're starting to look like the New York Knicks. I cannot stand the fact that you guys want to get A Walker. we need a physical PF not a wuss.

With Les keeping an eye on the luxury tax, I don't see Walker as a viable option.

And would CD affect such a trade? Would his opinion of Walker match Rudy's, who hated Toine?

We have other needs anyway. The only way we trade for Walker is if there is a 3rd team involved sending us players we do need.

    Two snips...

    1) Wow, a RealGM trade! I could trade all of the scrubs on a team for a star and if the salaries matched, RealGM would say "TRADE ACCEPTED!" And you know what? It means nothing.

    2) I never said Vin Baker would do anything in Boston, so don't put words into my mouth, ok? In fact, I never said anything ABOUT Vin Baker.

But, lest you forget, other than Baker, Boston has Tony Battie, Walter McCarty, and they just drafted Kedrick Perkins. They just re-signed Mark Blount. Why on Earth would they take back tow bloated contracts when they are near the luxury tax anyway, when it doesn't help their team in the slightest?

There's no chance I'm going to stop posting. With trade offers like this, maybe it's you who should consider the notion.

    just what we need

another lazy forward that has this idea in his head that he can shoot 3's and camps out at the 3pt line

another player that is out of control and jacks up shots (makes mobley look harmless)

Antoine Walker is one of the most overrated players in basketball.

His shooting % is terrible, he jacks up far too many 3's, and he can't compete against real PF's. He's not quite quick enough for the 3 spot, and whatever he thinks, isn't a good enough shooter.
