The only thing that Brooks lacks is strenght, his size is a factor but if he builds the strenght to take it to the middle the way Lowry and Rondo do he will be that much more of a threat. I really like AB and if he'd be on the Celts they would be that much more of a threat. From what I see, Rajon has tons more confidence than Aaron at this time, but you can see the little lightning bug building into a possible lightning storm. At least that's what I see.
Check the date dude, this thread was posted back in '09. Of course the question is a lot easier to answer now.
Considering the Big 3 was in place since the '07-'08 season he's practically had the Big 3 his entire career in Boston. And Rondo was showing glimpses of what he's become today in '09.
Actually this question, while extremely dated, touches on a question that has run through my mind for a while. Is Rondo on the same level as Paul, Parker, and Rose? Put another way, has Rondo for his entire career been made to look like an almost superstar because of his supporting cast? Is allowed more freedom on the court than Paul and the others because he has played his full career with 3 future hall of famer's? Allen is a shell of his former self, but Pierce, and Garnet are deadly and I think that if help comes from one of those two then Rondo gathers an easy assist. Bradley these days too. I am not really sure of the answer. Opinions?
