Dam Murray is out! https://clutchpoints.com/nuggets-ru...l-murray-to-rockets-in-james-harden-deal/amp/
Same guy is claiming that the deal is Simmons, Maxey, and two FRPs for Harden. Pretty specific, though can’t find any other sources.
I’m gonna be pissed if we trade Harden for that crap deal. Simmons isn’t pushing the Rockets over the top and his contract is in the 1st year of 5. At the very least you sign multiple players with expiring contracts to become a player in free agency. The last thing the Rockets should do is get tied to another bad long term contract for a guy that likely won’t get much better
I don’t like any of them and rather keep harden #KeepHardenHTown questions should be is there any other disgruntled superstar we may not be hearing about ready to change cities. Things like this are not always so publicized , I’m sure.

Simmons 13 ppg from a guard position getting max money. He has to find a little bit of range hell even that baseline Oakley jumper.
No team is going to give us a player of Harden's level or that is "going to push the Rockets over the top". Harden forcing a trade automatically puts us in quasi rebuild mode. Getting Simmons and picks in return would be just the beginning and a GREAT start into a new era, IMO.
He is more of a PF that can handle the rock. Could easily be used as a C and you would not have a lack of size.
Seeing that there is not much else maybe Simmons playing more like a center with woods spacing could open up more of the playbook. Woods -Cousins Simmons- Bruno House- Tate - Brown Eric- Thybulle Wall- Maxey.
Simmons is going to kill the spacing because he literally has to be in the paint at all times, it’s like having capella again
If Capela could handle and pass the ball like Lebron, so it's a little different. Silas WILL have to be creative, as will Rafael Stone. I believe the Covington for Ariza for Wood deal shows that he is up for the challenge.
What is he going to spot up at the three point line when Wall or Gordon drive to the basket ? we already tried this with Westbrook, it didn’t work Simmons defender will just be sitting in the paint the entire time
