Dammit, you beat me to it! Greta was on fire in the Coca-Cola Kid. I've been crazy about her ever since I saw that flick. Even my wife understands! Eva-Marie Saint was scorching in North by Northwest. That was a very courageous part for a woman to take back when the film was made. She was superb.
My favorite by far: Eva Marie Saint - North by Northwest I never thought Elizabeth Taylor was all that until I saw A Place in the Sun. Sofia Loren in anything. Michelle Pfieffer in Fabulous Baker Boys. I'll never look at a piano the same way. Adolescent props to the mystery blond - Suzanne Somers in American Graffitti. Bo Derek in 10 for being bodacious.
Annabelle Sciorra- "Jungle Fever" Elizabeth Shue- "Cocktail" Nia Long- "Love Jones" Halle Berry- "Bullworth" Deborah Unger- "Crash" Madeleine Stowe- "Revenge" Ming-Na Wen- "One Night Stand"
This thread is driving me crazy because I remember watching a movie and thinking that the female lead was pretty darn near my ideal, but I cannot remember what the heck the movie was.
Pretty sure that wasn't it. And not just because the chick was a dude (sorry if I ruined the ending for anyone).
There are several, but the only one I can think of now that you asked is Rene Russo in Tin Cup...sassy.
Here are a couple of strange ones. Michelle Yeoh in Jackie Chan's Super Cop. She's about as bad-ass as they come. Olivia De Havilland from The Adventures of Robin Hood.
I just remember that I was thinking that. I don't remember anything at all about which movie I was watching.
It's not the one I was trying to think of, but I will mention Katie Holmes in Wonder Boys. Smart, creative, sexy red boots. What's not to like?
That hot woman in Pirates of the Caribbean. She's just d@mn hot! I'd let her check my peg (stub of a) leg.
