    One of the hallmarks of the NBA analytics movement in the NBA was increased importance on 3 point shooting. Which teams are the best and worst 3 point shooting teams of the 2016 season. This graphic shows 3 point attempts per game and 3 point percentage. The color of the dots is 3 pointers made per game, (obviously a function of 3 pointer attempts and percentage).

    The Cleveland Cavaliers, the Golden State Warriors, and the Houston Rockets are the elite in these categories. While the Chicago Bulls, unsurprisingly, and the New Orleans Pelicans bring up the rear.
