Signings of Anderson, Gordon Reflect Emphasis on Culture

We have an idenity now... We are going to play fast no matter who our opponent is. During the Mchale Era it seemed we were always concerned with matching up correctly with opponents or playing their tempo. We focused on defense , but we were not good at it. Excuses were we need to play harder or we just ran out of gas.

 

Right.

And to embed a culture, a true rebuild from TOP (Les) to BOTTOM needed to occur a long time ago...with the right coach/staff...no meddling from less...in such a way as to maximize our assets/TEAM/grow our players..
Now, we are attempting to "reload", "rebrand", "build up/around James", etc....blah, blah, blah....

Morey IS NOT THE PROBLEM...quite the opposite. Jerry Jones has had a gun to Dr. Frankenstein's back. The timeframe dictated by Les allows for no margin of error...too many factors at work. That's why last year came off the way it did. DM has done an AMAZING job under the circumstances....walking the high wire.
