No Morey's biggest flaw (and he has had many) and it's not even close is:

Hiring the idiot clueless joke that is McHale and then no firing him and then adding to misery by extending this incompetent sycophant.

You know. I often feel that McHale sucks as a coach and the success he has had here is due to the team and not him. However, I by no means am an expert nor anywhere near to being a basketball coach. My question is this. If he got rid of McHale who would you prefer to get to coach this team?

It's late now. Let's just ride out the season and hope Harden continues to save McHale's sorry ass. Then fire him in the offseason. There are several candidates out there. Let's not settle for mediocrity and a way below average coach. I bet even Chris FInch would do a better job.

McHale should have been fired right after the Lillard 3 pointer. He was thoroughly outcoached by Stotts and Blazers humiliated a far more talented team in the Rockets.

He should have been fired and replaced by someone like Kerr at the end of last season or even Lionel Hollins or George Karl.

I'd rather have Mark Jackson or JVG.

Dorsey was brought in to be 3rd Center and play spot/emergency minutes. He was signed to a 3rd center level contract, and has pretty much given 3rd center level production.

    BIG MISTAKE!
