Look. If Lebron wants out, we wouldn't have to give up Harden or Howard to get him. Look at what happened in Cleveland. Miami did a S&T where they sent two 1st Rounders, two 2nd Rounders and Cleveland got a big trade exception. That was all. If Lebron wants out, they could presumably get him for Asik and Lin's expiring contracts if they are still here and a couple firsts, if that.

This wouldn't be a trade, it would be Miami grasping for straws as they lose their best player. Just like Cleveland.

    IT'S NOT HAPPENING, THOUGH.

If Lebron showed any sign of interest in Houston, then Houston better do anything and everything to make sure their chances in getting LBJ increases... period...

As Barkley said, he is a bigger, stronger, faster Michael Jordan...

has anyone said that of Harden and Parsons? Maybe people have said that about Lin though...

It would be interesting to finally see LeBron with a real big man, but I wouldn't hold my breath on either of those trades happening, unless Wade goes down and Bosh reveals he has a vagina and is forced to play in the WNBA. However then the Heat would have quite a bit of cap space.

Not trading Harden for LeBron would be like not trading Hardaway for Jordan. The GM would be shot by the guy who is next in line and he would say "Where do I sign?"

Well said. Can't be more well analyzed. If a team is not in play for 2014, the team will be far left behind by it. Hope Morey knows it...

I would make the trade in a heart beat. It would be crazy not to take Lebron.

Ginobili now or in his prime? If Ginobili left the Spurs, he would have been a superstar in his own right. Much more like Harden than Parsons.

LMAO. First of all, why would Miami trade away the "bigger, faster, MJ"? This why this thread is pointless, maybe I should start thread about Spurs trading TD for Tjones

LeBron wouldn't want to come here without Harden being here...

That said if for some reason he told Miami "trade me to Houston or I walk" we could SnT Asik + Lin for him.

We'd be bringing in LeBron to pair with Harden and Howard, trading Lin and Asik in the process, or we won't be bringing in LeBron, Harden is on his way to being the best SG in the game. Anyone thinking we trade Harden is just crazy IMO.

If the Warriors were able to dump Biedrins and Jefferson's $20m combined expiring contracts then who's to say we won't be able find a taker for Omer and Lin's expirings next off-season if Morey suddenly decides to join the Lebron FA sweepstakes.

Add LeBron to a team that has Harden, Howard, and Parsons and it's over! A younger and better version of the Heat. Again, i don't think LeBron leaves Miami.

    Patrick Beverley
    James Harden
    Chandler Parsons
    LeBron James
    Dwight Howard

    Good Lord.

I also am not sure how Dwight and Harden would feel about LeBron being here anyway, even if by some miracle LBJ says he wants Houston. I mean if Dwight and Harden win a championship, they both contributed equally to getting their rings. If LeBron comes to Houston, any championship is LeBron's.
