That is some nasty-looking food. Fried, extra crispy, with sauce of a color not found in nature. What American taste does to foreign cuisine should be illegal.

Evolution and adaptation, the other constant beside death ;) (even JVG's playbook is subject to this force of nature)

Can I please have extra ketchup on my Kung Pao chicken and don't forget my fortune cookie ...

the cliched food snob. what an annoying bunch.

cool man. you know that the food served there isnt "authentic" chinese food. we get it.

This is becoming like Page Six. Maybe we can get updates on Katie and Tom or the fight between Rosie and the Donald when you guys get a chance.

    :)

I've eaten at Yao's before and loved it. It was some really good food and the service was great.

Also you can ask them to take you to Yao's privated room so you can see it, it's a really cool room.

I had a great expierence at Yao's Restraunt but the only thing matters is if the food was good.. and it is!

They look like the kind people you don't want to mess with. The one on the far right looks like he could be Yao's cousin.

Will, you are right on the mark here :D But Houston still has more genuine Chinese food than Dallas ;)

I visited a friend Houston during Christmat time. I suggested to eat at Yao's resturant. He insistend we don't. (He said it was too Amerincanized :D ). We end up eat in another Chinese resturant 老四川 (sorry I don't remember its English name). Some of the dishes are really tasty.

老四川 is freakin awesome, it specializes in Chinese food from the 四川 province..

CHinese food is pretty much the best cuisine on earth I think.. a lot of variety and each province/region has their own unique cuisine.
