The walls are too low -- the zoo is responsible for the death and injuries. Maybe tigers 70 years ago couldn't jump the wall, but modern super tigers require increased security.

none of us know exactly what these guys were doing in the first place. did they "enter" the enclosure, hit the tiger with sticks, or what? i'll agree that had they not been there the tiger would probably still be in it's cage, but regardless of what they were doing a freaking siberian tiger shouldn't have the ability to escape it's exhibit at will. the zoo put other people in harm, the men just exposed the problem.
this point should definitely hurt the guys lawsuit as the tiger seemed to be tracking them down for revenge rather then random people down for food. all three men are most likely idiots but i still stand by it's the zoo's fault.

They were being tracked down because they had blood on them (or were bleeding). That's why the tiger didn't go after any other visitors. They said this in one of the earlier news reports.
