Sigh...the only thing that keeps this from being another 42-40 or 43-39 season is the lockout. The title should have said "Rockets in prone position, especially without Yao". I miss Yao
until houston gets a star the future won't be bright at all. hopefully morey will be able to pull of a few good deals to get this team back into contention
Hell, he might not be a superstar, but I certainly wouldn't turn my nose up if Josh Smith wanted to play here. He's a solid defender in the paint and on the perimeter, he can board, he can move the ball well and he can score. With him our center issues become less urgent and he could play either the 3 or 4 depending on what we needed at the time. If DMo and Smith was our starting frontcourt and DMo turned out to be as good as he looks from some of the videos I've watched I'd be happy.
