That's because Iverson still puts 100% effort on the floor. He may be a ball-stopper but that's just his nature and he really truly wants to win. He just wants to have a impact on a winning team I think.

    Iverson >TMac

Iverson went to the Finals and no one ever questions his effort.

Isn't it obvious? He is a slacker on defense and a ball hog on offense.

remember the "I imposed my will" line he used to use after winning games? I wonder if we'll ever hear that from him ever again?

I'm sure there's a word for this in polling-speak, but the wide distribution of responses probably means you can't really read to much into it.

Anyway, as far as "guy you most want to play with" - the answer should probably be Shane Battier, right? He puts up no stats, doesn't hog the ball and allows teammates to put up the numbers (which result in big contracts), has a moderate contract himself (leaving more room for you) and has a very high win shares rating.

cuz it's freaking stressful dealing with a dude who lives in his own world and could flip out at any time. especially when this is your JOB not a sport after school or for fun

you'd rather have a pretty good player game in and game out who you can count on that some dude who could be awesome or could be a bomb and you never know what you're gonna get

Two rockets's players are on the top 5, that is not good news. I guess that Ron can still be traded even without TMac on the team.

Why not? TSlack's reputation in the league is horrible among NBA players.

This is quite interesting because just last 2 seasons ago Bill Simmons wrote this in his article.

    http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/page2/story?page=simmons/070418&sportCat=nba

If you asked 100 NBA players who they'd rather play with between Kobe, Vince, Arenas and T-Mac ... T-Mac would win the vote in a landslide. You win with Tracy McGrady. Wasn't always the case, but it's the case now. He's a true superstar. Now he needs to prove this in the playoffs. Please.
