I know that was said in gest, but to JH's credit....he played much better defense yesterday. Hopefully he was saving all the D when it matters, ie back stretch of season and playoffs!
This is great, the worst thing Lillard could have done was mention ANYTHING about someone annoying him, now the whole league will be doing extra things to annoy him. Bev sounds like he rustles jimmies like Reggie Miller did.
He comes across like a monster d-bag. I know his team just lost, he is frustrated, yada yada. He has a petulant look on his face, rolling his eyes, like he is too good to be there. I know he is 22 years old or whatever, but show some maturity. As others have pointed out, it is pretty fake to claim that you don't care, whatever, etc., when you clearly do.
Exactly. Steals, tips, pressure -- these are measurable and not "floppable" and Bev gets all of them in spades.
Patrick ALPHA Beverley could smell the fear and insecurity on "Damon" Lillard. LMFAO He didn't even know his first name.......
Every single elite perimeter defender gets accused of these sort of things. Whether it's Beverley, Battier, Bowen or whomever. Superstars get frustrated because things didn't go their way and they pout. Nothing to see here. Carry on...
He sounds stupid! Saying it doesn't bother him, then goes on to say how it bothers him. I like Lillard for the most part, but he sounds like big baby right now.

Lillard is making himself look the fool. Truly acting like a rookie in his second season, one who feels "entitled" somehow, as if cats like Bev getting in his face while basically beating him up and making his evening miserable, simply by being a tough and very effective defender, isn't supposed to happen to him. Why? Because, golly, he's Damian Lillard! If I wasn't a feminist Blade Runner, I'd assume it was that time of the month for him, the poor silly wanker.
If Lillard gets frustrated by the defense, then Bev has done his job. What did Lillard think? This is the YMCA? Grow up, young man. Bev is Mr. 94 Feet. At least Steph Curry said he enjoyed the challenge of Bev's defense.
