I didn't see this posted - Aaron getting some love in the national media.

Finally the national media is seeing what a lot of us Rocket fans can see, now if the Rafer apologists can just see the same thing....

Interesting article , good read. Thank you for posting. Brook has a bright future in this league. nice to see him wanting to measure himself with Rando. Rando is playing like a all star.

?? rockets hung in there vs the cavs without a useless tmac and without yao for half the game due in large part to rafer alston.........you wanna get on brooks' bandwagon cause we slipped by the twolves and blew out the nets who shot like 30% that day?

Totally uncalled for Aaron to be taking shots at Tracy through the media.

Thats what I was thinking too.

    AB is my boy.

I've been high on the kid since I saw him his senior year with the Ducks.

Seeing him succeed as a pro brings joy to my heart.

Yeah I like this a lot. A lot of Rockets fans are eating crowing after judging Brooks too early! I'm from Oregon and knew exactly what we were getting! Hopefully he can just keep this up! :D

It's funny, I didn't follow Aaron Brooks before he was drafted, but after we drafted him, I managed to take a good look at all the youtube highlights on him. I immediately thought "we may have got a steal". Ironically, Brooks rookie season was relatively crappy and quiet.

Then Carl Landry emerged out of nowhere, playing like a first round pick, and landing the top 10 rookies of the year (If I'm correct). I started looking up Carl Landry in his pre-NBA days, but I could not find any lengthy videos showing Landry's arsenal. All I saw was his rebounding and dunking, which I didn't think was impressive. Even DORSEY possess more youtube mixes than Landry.

This is when I thought Brooks was a bust afterall, but early this season he proved me wrong.

This still makes me wonder, how the hell did we land on Landry? Was it just pure luck that we got him, or Morey's magic? Landry was a ghost last year, I could not find any of his college background information.
