He's arguably #3 behind 2 guys that will be out of the league soon, heck D.Wade may be out next season with the way he gets beat up every game. Kobe has at least altered his game to better suit his skill set (not driving as much, improving his shot, etc.)

Yeah this isn't even about Dwight anymore, lol. This should be moved.

Wade is already better than Kobe... I guess Kobe is probably still better than Harden, but keep in mind Harden is getting better and Kobe is getting worse. Kobe is on the border of retirement. The other guy who might be better is Manu, but he struggles to stay healthy and you have to factor that in IMO.

Harden's always been under the radar because he's on a stacked OKC team where Durant and Westbrook are considered the alpha dogs and he comes off the bench as a 6th man. I have to agree with you here; he's definitely, definitely underated.

I dont know about #1, but I'd say he'll certainly be in the top 5.

Harden is overrated, the guy would fail as a #1 option.Make Harden go right and you will take him off his game.Trust me the only reason he scores a lot is because Durant/Westbrook gets most of the attention on defense.

I would take Monta Ellis over Harden every day of the week,at least we know Monta can still get his buckets being the #1 option on offense.

That argument fails because Harden doesn't even play with Westbrook/Durant that much. He plays with OKC's bench unit.

Taking Monta Ellis over Harden is still the funniest thing I've heard on this board all day. Monta Ellis might not even be a top 10 shooting guard. He sucks.

Harden is worthy of a #2 spot in any team, some he would be #1. I would give him max money, even after his poor finals showing.

    OK

Another Howard thread that says nothing new.

Discussion entirely off topic for most of the thread that says nothing new

Q: Why is this even a thread?

    A: It isn't now.
