Marty is pretty optimistic. I'm not sure the Rockets are better than Charlotte, SA, or Utah. I wish we were better.

Charlotte???? r u serious? Since when did Charlotte ever makes playoffs? Rockets r better than SA!! Utah is what im not too sure of.

Charlotte? Hornets haven't been there since 2002...anyways I think this ranking is fair, our lineup matches up pretty well (on paper) with the other top teams in the west. It all depends on Artest's temper though..

Don't you mean the hornets? And I actually think with yao, we ARE better them. Granted they have CP3 and West, their bench sucks compared to who we have. Our depth puts us over NOH by now.

I think he was confusing new orleans hornets with charlotte hornettes.

 

This has been the typical response. Everyone knows we had comparable talent before the trade we just can't stay healthy. This trade puts us over the top. I expect this to be our lowest ranking all year. Once we get a few games into the season show teams how strong our pimp hand is they gone be bringing us the money like, "Here go yo championship Daddy"

I'd still slot us behind LA and SA. Every year people doubt SA, and every year they're near the top of the standings.

* If the San Diego Rockets stay healthy they have a chance to be better than the Minneapolis Lakers.

* Invest in Xerox and IBM...they will be big companies some day.
