I just wanted to talk him. As I approached him, he curled up in the fetal position.

Has the 610 radio guy who broke this "story" said anything since?

What expertise do you have with the TPC? I don't think it's very extensive. Even if someone had pulled up on his street and yelled "**** you Matt Schaub" that is not sufficient for an assault charge. The story as reported was that someone parked on his street, yelled obscenities at his house and took photographs of his family. If every obscenity resulted in an assault...

Maybe, I post that I was joking because well, I was......not accusing anyone of overreacting, just missing the humor.

It's cool though, my timing sucks at times.

So he really did just invent the story entirely?

Someone doing sports on 93.7 this morning was killing him, "no talent ass clown" etc. for having made it up. Really went off for a good while on him, without mentioning who it was specifically.

The one and the same. He was doing ESPN radio up here in Dallas and went up to Bristol and got drunk one night and took of Mr. Mike and showed them off to female employees and got canned and blacklisted. Last I heard he was doing play-by-play on the Lingerie Football League. Given his history having him give advice to Matt Schaub is the equivalent of having Danny Bonaduce give life advice to Matt Schaub.

Sean Taylor was killed in his home in Miami and the Dolphins still sign people. The Heat signed Lebron and Bosh. Meanwhile, Steve Mcnair was killed by his mistress, plenty of players still have mistresses. C'mon, brah, c'monnnnnnnn.

It's never going to be "too soon?" or "too late?" for jokes like those. "at times" is an understatement.

Don't worry about it. People take things too serious on this board sometimes and over dramatize things.
