Twice a day, every day. I don't use shampoo, conditioner, or bar soap in the mornings though, just body and face wash. My morning showers probably last 5-7 minutes, evening probably 15-20.
I have a reply -- it's called I have a washing machine in the house, so it's easy to put the bed sheets in the laundry whenever necessary. Also I don't regularly exercise and rarely sweat. I'm skinny, about 6'1" and 165 lbs, and asian so I don't even sweat when it's 100 degrees outside. (I'd have to be outside for over an hour before I start visibly sweating.) However, I've definitely observed a lot of different people who sweat much more easily, so I can understand the other side. I've seen people who immediately form beads of sweat on their head even when inside a closed home that's 74 degrees. That's crazy to me, so I'm glad my biology is not like that. For my own personal home, I keep my A/C at 78-79. And that's not to save money at all, I don't care about that. That's actually what makes me feel most comfortable. I start to get cold below 78.
I have a dirty job so I always take one at night. In the morning or afternoon if I have something important to do. If I been around smoke a shower is a must.
