All of the above. Always in the morning, and always after a workout, and always when I come home from a gig at 3AM.
I take a shower once a week and spritz my self with flower-smelling water the other days. I'm trying to save the earth by conserving.
How do you guys shave in the shower? Do you use a mirror and if so, how do you keep if from fogging up?

I should have put multiple answers up. I'm pretty amazed that so many people take 2 showers a day. That's just crazy.
Well, now I shower at night, but that's because its cold and I shower after i work out at night...Somethign about being clean b/f bed... I usually take a shower in the morning as well, but if its cold, I don't as I usually will work out at lunch...
wow, you guys are freaks. i rarely shower and haven't worn deodorant in years and i smell grrrrrrrrreat.
Geez...there's a lot of males in here who are reeeeaally clean. Forget showering multiple times a day...I shower 4 times a week MAYBE, 5 if I feel up to it. Then again I don't do much to sweat or get dirty...and most of the time I smell wonderful...
I shower every morning during the week. If I work out at lunch, I will come home and rinse off in the shower, but I wouldn't consider that a full shower since I don't get my hair wet. If I do some dirty work like working on my house or yard work, I will shower before bed. If I'm just laying around on Saturday, I won't bother showering, which is new to me - I showered every day when I was single. If I skip Saturday, I definately shower on Sunday. If I'm going 'out' to a bar, which is rare these days, I always shower before. I find that most women are like this- It takes too long to get ready compared to a man, so I don't blame them.
