Just got back from the game. Amazing, amazing atmosphere. It was lit AF. One of the best games I have been to. High level of energy from the fans which ratcheted up several notches in the 4th quarter We been receiving a lot of flak for poor atmosphere inside Toyota Center but tonight was different So kudos Houstonians!
I would've gone but I watched with family. Rockets making the 3rd round was a big time moment with my uncles and pops. I'll be there for one or two of the GSW games. Glad you held it dine and dapped your fellow htiners
Seemed like TNT turned the mics down on the crowd. At one stage you couldn't hear the whistle on the broadcast but it still sounded like a church in there, meanwhile any time they put the camera on the crowd they were going apeshit. Weird.
crowd seemed weak as hell until the last 7-8 minutes of game on TNT, but i'll take your word for it! What a game that must've been to be at!
The atmosphere in the building tonight is the entire reason we buy season tickets. What an amazing experience. There have been very few times in recent history that the crowd was that into it. Game 7 vs the Clippers was better, but tonight was special. Good thread
Is it just me or did they really got into it half way through the 3rd, because it seemed like it was quiet as usual in the first half
Need to take it up another notch for the next round. Rockets MUST fully realize their home court advantage because you know Oracle is going to be hard.
It took a while for people to get to their seats but once the arena was packed, the atmosphere was LOUD. We need this for ALL 48 minutes; not just the second half!
Crowd got there late again. People were getting there in the second quarter but when the Rockets made runs the place got loud. When we Green started making 3s the place locked in. When CP started going off it was over for your ears. See you for game 1
I agree on the Clippers game. There were huge chunks of that game in which nearly every person in our section stood and was loud. It was incredible.
