Considering how far under the cap they’ll be this summer, they would have no problem taking on Amir Johnson’s expiring 3.66 million dollar contract. They should be able to find a suitor for their late first round pick if they choose to do so, as teams like San Antonio, Houston, Toronto and Orlando are all in the market for a draft choice in that range. I know Morey is interested in buying a pick but was he looking to go this high? Isn't that a pick away from the lottery? How would that affect our salary and what player would we be gunning for? I think there are some good talents in this draft and we could make a project draft pick like Donte Greene from last year. Who exactly are we targeting (have been brought in for workouts)?
