Yao is more talented offensively and even that's debatable. But when it comes to defense Duncan >>> Yao

You should really look up Duncan's stats (regular season and playoffs) he is really an amazing player... It's not that easy to win a championship. It's hard enough just to win a playoff series. Yet Duncan got 4 rings in 9 years being the main guy on the team offensively and defensively... Fing

Duncan is great no question about it but the Spurs as an organization had done even greater job top to bottom.

It would be detrimental to Yao progress if he is traded. Any trade demand from Yao would force Rockets to deal him to the East or a rebuilding team in the east as I don't think Yao's contract has any option to reject a transfer to any team like Kobe (correct me if I am wrong). Yao will never get any chance of a championship for years. It would be naive to think Rockets would trade Yao to any team in the West.

asian players doesn't have as long of an athletic active sport "life" as compared to african americans especially the center position where there are so muich banging and boxing out. And look at Yao, he is not athletic, weighs over 300lbs and is 7ft6, there are lots of pressure acting on those knees. With yao, the window of opportunity will only be there until he's early 30. So dont think he can pull an olajuwan or still run like shaq is doing today. So for the benefit of both parties, rockets should trade yao because the yao experiment is clearly not working with tmac and maybe trading him away both Yao and rockets can have better chance to advancing forward

What the hell are you talking about? Sorry but Yao is not going anywhere. Keep dreaming all you want, Yao is a Rocket for life. Deal with it. This is Yao's home and the Rockets did some much just to get him over here. I don't think Yao is the type of player to turn his back on his team and demand a trade.

KG may have went to the coach to talk about a trade but he never publically demanded it. He was very loyal to that organization even though they screwed up so many times.

What a moron. There are posters who gives reasonable reasons why he doesn't think Yao is that great and I respect them. There is a moron like you who make your argument just out of hate. You are one sorry human being.
